Your ad report stops at the lead.
Your client asks what it brought in.

The campaign shows a form submission. The client’s CRM shows whether the job was won. Attrival keeps the source and recorded outcome together, so you can answer both questions.

“Which leads turned into jobs?”

What does Attrival help our agency report?

Report the source of each lead, its recorded outcome and its job value. Use those records to show clients which campaigns led to won jobs and which leads still need an outcome.

Do our clients need to change their CRM?

Clients can keep their CRM. Setup depends on the provider: a supported connection or a configured webhook brings outcomes into the report. Lead delivery must also be configured so each outcome matches the original lead. Connecting a CRM alone does not import every historical contact.

What if a client has no CRM?

Authorized users can update manually managed leads with status, job value, notes and follow-ups. Leads managed by a connected CRM keep their outcomes controlled by that CRM.

Is recorded job value the same as collected revenue?

No. Job values are recorded contract amounts. They do not confirm payment, profit or return on ad spend. Missing outcomes and values stay missing until a connected source or an authorized user supplies them.

Can a client see another client’s report?

Clients see the workspaces they have been invited to. Agency memberships, workspace permissions and database access rules restrict private records to authorized users.

Can we connect Google and Figma files?

General signup for Google and Figma library connections is not available yet. Agency library webhooks are available. The Figma connector stores file names and links; it does not import rendered ads or design content.

How will pricing work?
